Genus. in 1902 in the village of Bolshie Zimovishchi, Mozyr district, Minsk province; Jew; higher education - electrical engineer. He worked at the headquarters of the Belarusian Military District as an assistant to the chief engineer of the construction and apartment department. Arrested 08/13/1937 in Smolensk. Sentenced by the Supreme Commissariat of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR on November 22, 1937 under Art. 58-7-8-9-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Rehabilitated by the VC of the USSR Armed Forces on 08/27/1957.
