Previously judged under Art. 54 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR. Lived in the Ukrainian SSR, Donetsk region, Novogrodovka. Arrested on 07/20/1966. Sentenced by the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Court on 07/24/1967 under Article 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR.Sentenced to 5 years penitentiary. He served his term in Dubravlag. Decree of the PVS of the RSFSR of September 18, 1969 No. pardoned. Released 03.10.1969.
