Genus. in 1907 in Vitebsk; Jew; b/n; incomplete higher education. In 1936 - a student at the Leningrad Industrial Institute. Arrested 06/16/1936; sentenced by the OSO under the NKVD of the USSR on July 31, 1936 under Art. 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for 5 years of labor camp. He was rehabilitated in the case of 1936 by the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court on 03/08/1957.
