Born in 1947 in the MSSR, Chisinau; Jewish; higher education - graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute; engineer-physicist. Worked as a drawing teacher at Secondary School No. 30. Arrested on 10.11.1970. Sentenced on 30.06.1971 By the Supreme Court of the MSSR under Art. 67, Part 1 and Art. 69 of the Criminal Code of the MSSR to 2 years in a penal colony. Imprisoned in Dubravlag.
