Genus. in 1888 in the Lechkhum district of the Kutaisi province, Georgian, non-partisan, b. winemaker of the Shustov factory, b. owner of a restaurant in Odessa. On March 6, 1930, a judicial troika at the Collegium of the GPU of the Ukrainian SSR was convicted under Art. 54-8 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR for 10 years in a concentration camp. He served his sentence in Belbaltlag and in Solovki, worked as a cook in the dining room of the command staff, "together with other prisoners, he was engaged in sabotage, as a result of which they caused stomach diseases in the supervisory staff." On February 14, 1938, a special troika of the UNKVD LO was sentenced to death for "counter-revolutionary terrorist agitation among prisoners." Shot in Solovki on February 17, 1938.
