Kogan Efim Izrailevich

Genus. in 1904. Participant in the Civil War. Higher education - graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Petrograd University.; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1924. Head of the local industry department of Leningrad. Arrested in Leningrad on July 4, 1937. Sentenced to 10 years of labor camp and 5 years of disqualification. Sent to Kolyma, then to the Mariinsky camps. Died in custody. Rehabilitated in 1956.
