Genus. in 1922 in the Ukrainian SSR, Chernivtsi region, Kelmenetsky district, Yanowtsy village; Jew; higher education - in 1945 graduated from Chernivtsi University; physicist, senior researcher at the Semiconductor Research Institute, candidate of physical and mathematical sciences. Lived in Leningrad. He was a compiler and editor of Eaton magazine. Arrested on July 15, 1970. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on May 20, 1971 under Article 70, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, 72, 189 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years in a penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. Released June 15, 1973 Emigrated to Israel.
