A native and resident of Krasnoyarsk. Pole, primary education. Inspector for acceptance of steam locomotives in the assembly shop of PVRZ. Arrested on January 16, 1938, following a denunciation by L.A. Nikolaev, he was kept in Krasnoyarsk prison. During interrogations, they beat me severely; I did not sign the charges. Charge under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Convicted on June 23, 1938 by the OSO of the NKVD of the USSR to 10 years in labor camp. He served his sentence in Norillag from January 16, 1939. Released on November 19, 1943 by OSO NKVD of the USSR without the right to leave. Rehabilitated on December 29, 1989 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (P-4943). After the war he returned to Krasnoyarsk to PVRZ. He said that the PVRZ engineer (he didn’t remember his last name), who was sitting in the same prison cell with him, unable to withstand the torture, stuck a nail he found somewhere in his heart.
