Hebrew enthusiast, compiler of language teaching methods, distributor of textbooks and literature.
Arrested on June 15, 1970. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on May 20, 1971 under Article 70, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, 72, 189 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 4 years in a penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. Died in Haifa.
