On October 3, 1921, the Presidium of the Petrograd Provincial Extraordinary Commission sentenced him to death with a suspended sentence of 2 years. Released on December 17, 1921. Since 1922 he worked in the People's Commissariat of Foreign Trade. Died 08/12/1934. He was buried at the Novodevichy cemetery in Moscow. Rehabilitated on July 16, 1991 in accordance with the decree of the President of the USSR dated August 13, 1990.
