(c. 1884, Azov, Rostov District, Ekaterinoslav Province - 10/8/1937). Social Democrat. Member of the RSDLP in 1901-22. Lawyer. He was arrested in 1903, 1904, 1905 and 1906. In 1919 he was a member of the Central Committee of the RSDLP. Arrested in 1918, released in 1919. Arrested again on March 30, 1919 at a meeting of the Moscow organization of the Mensheviks. Released on bail, subject to deportation abroad. Arrested on the night of August 24, 1920, on the eve of the All-Russian Conference of the RSDLP, he was kept in the Butyrka prison in Moscow, released a month later. In 1921 he lived in the Moscow province, worked as the head of the recycling department (?). He was characterized by local Chekists as a "member of the Central Committee". Arrested 25/2/1921 in the club "Forward", imprisoned in Butyrka prison, then released. In 1937 he worked as head of the legal bureau of Glavkhimprom. Arrested on April 20, 1937, sentenced on October 8, 1937 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR to capital punishment with confiscation of property. Shot on the same day.
