Genus. in 1904 in the town of Lukashevka, Uman district, Kyiv province; Jew; education - 3 years of Kyiv Pedagogical Institute; member of the CPSU/b/ from 1929 to July 1937. In 1932-1934 he taught at the military communications school in Kyiv. Worked as assistant director of the party publishing house KP/b/U, party organizer. Arrested 07/28/1937. Charged under Art. 20-54-8, 54-11UK of the Ukrainian SSR. After his conviction, he stated that he was not guilty, but signed the testimony because of the use of illegal investigative methods. Convicted on 10/15/1937 by the Supreme Court of the Supreme Command of the USSR Armed Forces to 10 years of labor camp and 5 years of deprivation of political rights. He served his term in Solovetsky prison (STON). Arrived on 08/16/1939 in Norillag (2nd l/o, Norilsk-4, 5th mission, from 12/31/1944 on the 3rd l/o). The OSO of the NKVD of the USSR reduced the term by six months. Released on January 27, 1947. Remained in Norilsk. Convicted on November 29, 1950 by the USSR Ministry of State Security to settle in Norilsk, where he was registered with the commandant’s office on January 17, 1951. In February 1956 he worked as the head of the metals group of Norilsksnab, then as the head of the metals department of Norilsksnab. Released on September 17, 1954, he remained in Norilsk. After retirement, in the 60s, he returned to Kyiv. Died 1982
