Genus. in 1894 in the city of Rogachev; Jew; higher education - engineer; member of the CPSU(b). Deputy Chairman of Stankoimport of the People's Commissariat for Foreign Trade. Arrested in Moscow on October 19, 1937. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on December 10, 1937 under Art. 58-6-7-8 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to VMN(?). Rehabilitated posthumously by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on June 16, 1956.
