Genus. in 1899 in the village. Petushki, Novoselsky district, Oryol province; higher technical education - railway worker; member of the CPSU(b) since the 1920s. Chairman of the academic committee of the railway depot (Finland direction). Arrested in Leningrad in 1937. Convicted by a visiting session of the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on April 30, 1937 under Art. 17-58-8, 58-7-11 to imprisonment for 10 years, with loss of rights for 5 years. He was imprisoned in Norilsk. Released on 08/21/1946, taking into account the reduction of the sentence by 6 months. From August 1946 to August 1947 he worked as a freelance foreman at the power plant of the Norilsk Combine of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR. Dismissed due to illness. Recognized as disabled group II. Died on November 4, 1948 in Kursk. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on January 23, 1957.
