Genus. in 1903 Latvian, member of the CPSU (b). Lived in Krasnoyarsk, st. Soviet. He worked at the Krasnoyarsk Locomotive Repair Plant (PVRZ). Sentenced on December 25, 1937 by a commission of the NKVD of the USSR and the USSR prosecutor to VMN.
