Together with Mikhailov V.V. and Kochneva A.N. arrested on the night of October 8, 1979 for writing slogans “Down with state capitalism!” on the walls of houses. and “Democracy is not demagoguery,” as well as for pasting a leaflet calling for unification into a world revolutionary organization to fight an inhumane society and signed “revolutionary communards.” He was kept in a KGB pre-trial detention center. By a court decision dated December 25, 1979, he was sentenced to 3 years l/s under Art. 206, part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (“malicious hooliganism”). He served the end of his sentence in Vladimir prison. Released in October 1982
