Telephone technician at the Pskov telephone exchange. Lived in the Pskov region, Pushkinogorsky district, pog. Velier. Arrested 12/31/1937. Sentenced on January 16, 1938 by the Commission of the NKVD and the USSR Prosecutor's Office under Art. 58-6-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Rehabilitated 09/11/1957.
