Genus. in 1890 in the village of Goldaburshchina (Galdaburshchina) of the Mogilev province [it was not possible to establish a more precise administrative subordination]; Education: in 1910 he graduated from the Mechanics and Technical School in Vyazniki. In 1911 he worked as a metal turner in the mechanical shop of the seaport in Vladivostok. In 1912 he graduated from the Far Eastern Aeroclub School at the Spassky military airfield and became its instructor and head. At the beginning of the First World War, he was mobilized into the border guard service on the Ussuri River, in the fall of 1914 he completed a one-month aviation course at the Petrograd Polytechnic Institute and volunteered to go to the front, was a reconnaissance pilot on the Western Front, an instructor at the Sevastopol Military Aviation School, received 4 St. George Crosses , and the 4th was exchanged for the rank of ensign in the engineering forces. During the Civil War, he served as commander of the 1st air detachment of Siberia in the partisan detachment of S. Lazo in Transbaikalia; ended up in Vladivostok in a zone occupied by whites, served for some time as an instructor at a flying school under Kolchak; in 1920, during the Japanese intervention, he fought on the side of the Red partisans. Until 1922 he lived in Harbin, worked as an electrician for train lighting, and then as a bus driver. While transporting tractors to Western Siberia in 1920, he was arrested and worked under his own recognizance repairing vehicles at the GPU representative office in Siberia; case dismissed 01/30/1923, released. Until 1924 he worked as a pilot of the 16th separate reconnaissance squadron in Novonikolaevsk, in 1924–1926 as an air sports instructor in Mogilev, then as a metal turner at the Mogilev Vozrozhdenie iron foundry. From 1926 – in the village of Galdaburshchina (Belarus), engaged in agriculture; arrested 02/04/1930; sentenced by Troika on March 21, 1930 to 5 years in labor camp. (According to other sources, he was subjected to administrative deportation to the Northern Territory for 5 years. Until 1932, he worked in Arkhangelsk as a repairman and driver of the steamship "Elephant"; in March 1932, he was invited as a mechanic to the Kemsky aviation department of the OGPU; in February 1933, he was transferred as a pilot to the Ukhtpechtrest air base NKVD, where he worked until 05/01/1935: flew to the areas of Naryan-Mar, Salekhard, Kotlas; flew seaplanes. In 1935–1937 lived in Naryan-Mar, pilot in the aviation of the Nenets OIK: on a U-2 plane he laid out air routes: Naryan-Mar Mar–Tobseda; Naryan-Mar–Indiga–Nizhnyaya Pesha and others, in the 1935–1936 season made 150 accident-free flights; arrested on 07/03/1937; sentenced by the Troika UNKVD in the Arkhangelsk region on 10/02/1937 to VMN; executed on 10/08/1937. Rehabilitated in the case 1930 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Mogilev Region on July 24, 1989.
