Genus. in 1895 in Kronstadt. In 1935 he graduated from the Naval Academy. Voroshilov in Leningrad. Arrested on October 9, 1937 in Sevastopol. Sentenced under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sent to the Jewish Autonomous Republic, Art. Bira, worked at the logging site. Rehabilitated in 1956
He died in 1978 in Kronstadt.
