Tyrkov Dmitry Nikolaevich

Born in 1902 in the village of Babino, Novgorod province. Navigator of the Baltic Navy. In 1935, he was exiled to Ufa as a socially dangerous element. He returned to Leningrad in 1937. He was rehabilitated in 1994 by the Prosecutor's Office of St. Petersburg.
