Udam Eric Viktorovich

Genus. in 1938 in the ESSR, Tallinn; Estonian; higher, in 1961 graduated from Tallinn Polytechnic Institute; electrical engineer, foreman at the VOLTA plant. In 1955 convicted under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, pardoned in 1956. Arrested on July 14, 1962. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the ESSR on December 1, 1962 under Art. 68 part 2, 70, 207 of the Criminal Code of the ESSR to 5 years and 6 months. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. Released on November 14, 1966, the case was dismissed “for lack of corpus delicti” by the decision of the Supreme Court of the ESSR.
