Genus. in 1951, secondary education. Arrested in Zaporozhye. Being convicted under a criminal article, in prison he posted leaflets against the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Minister of Internal Affairs Shchelokov. Convicted under Art. 187-1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR (analogous to 190-1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR). In 1988 transferred to YaE-308/89, Dnepropetrovsk.
