Born on March 30, 1896 in Radom powiat (district) st. Tursko-Welke, Poland. He joined the party in 1917. From 1922 to 1929 he worked as a controller at the Vitebsk Railway. In 1929 he was appointed director of the Electrical Parts Plant (ZET), located in Solyarny Lane. Arrested in August 1936. Imprisoned in Solovetsky prison, since 1939 in Norillag. According to the death certificate, he died on August 21, 1953 in the Tinsky Home for the Invalids (Krasnoyarsk Territory).
