Genus. in 1894 in the village of Kremenye, Kashirsky district, Moscow province; Russian; higher education in economics. In 1922 he lived in Moscow; arrested 10/12/1922; sentenced 12/15/1922 to 3 years in a concentration camp, from 1923 to SLON. In 1937 he lived in Uralsk; arrested 04/30/1937; sentenced under Art. 58-10, 11 to 10 years ITL. He was rehabilitated in the case of 1937 by the Regional Court of the WKO on 01/10/1957.
