Genus. in 1908 in St. Petersburg, in a working-class family. Until 1918 he studied at the gymnasium in Petrograd, from 1918 he lived in Sebezh, in 1920 he returned to Petrograd. In 1927 he graduated from school, worked on the planning of city squares. In 1929 he graduated from drawing courses, worked as a draftsman-designer in the Office for the Reconstruction of the Krasny Putilovets plant. A parishioner of the Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, he attended classes in a youth circle for the study of Polish literature, and was preparing for ordination. 05/14/1930 arrested in a group case of the Catholic clergy; was accused of “leading an illegal Polish national-chauvinist Catholic youth organization”, during the investigation he went on a hunger strike in prison. On November 21, 1930, he was sentenced to 3 years in labor camp and sent to the Solovetsky Special Purpose Camp. In 1933 he was released from the camp. He left for Apatity, later moved to Murmansk. In the late 1930s he was again arrested and exiled to Ukhta (Komi ASSR), worked as a mechanical engineer. Rehabilitated 06/22/1957. In the 1960s returned to Leningrad, in the 1970s he was elected chairman of the parish council of the Church of the Mother of God of Lourdes. Died 04/11/1991 in St. Petersburg.
