Genus. in 1940 in Leningrad; Jew; higher education - in 1963 graduated from the Leningrad Shipbuilding Institute; designer of SKB at the Russian Diesel plant.Arrested on 06/15/1970. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on 05/20/1971 under Article 70 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, 72 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in a penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga and Perm camps.
