Aksenov Donat Borisovich

Genus. in 1925 in Leningrad; Russian; member of the Komsomol. A 10th grade student at school No. 10 in the Petrograd district of Leningrad. Lived with his parents in Leningrad, st. Skorokhodova, 9, apt. 35. Arrested on 09/07/1941 by the NKVD for the Leningrad Region on suspicion of committing a crime under Art. 58-12 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (as amended in 1926 - failure to report a crime committed). Found guilty of “... being a member of the fascist youth organization “Party of Russian National Socialists” created in August 1941, whose goal was to provide assistance to German troops.” Sentenced on October 20, 1941 by the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Front under Art. 19-58-9 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (as amended in 1926 - attempted damage to means of communication, communications and property) to 20 years in prison followed by loss of rights for 5 years. Died while being transported from Leningrad on February 14, 1941. Rehabilitated by the conclusion of the St. Petersburg prosecutor's office dated October 30, 1992.
