In 1941 - researcher at the manuscript department of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the USSR Academy of Sciences. Lived in Leningrad, st. Pionerskaya, 11, apt. 2. Arrested for the second time on September 24, 1941 by the NKVD in the Leningrad Region, charged under Art. 58-10 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Found guilty of "... making hostile and critical comments on Soviet press reports about the activities of the Soviet government." 10/08/1941 transported from Leningrad to Novosibirsk, died during the transfer. By a resolution of the KGB under the Council of Ministers of the USSR for the Leningrad Region, the criminal case was terminated due to the lack of corpus delicti. In the 1930 case, he was rehabilitated by a ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated July 20, 1967 for lack of corpus delicti.
