Convicted on October 1, 1941 under Art. 58-10 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (as amended in 1926 - counter-revolutionary agitation and propaganda in a military situation), the penalty and the condemning authority are not indicated. Died while being transported from Leningrad on October 12, 1941. By a resolution of the Investigative Department of the KGB for SM in the Leningrad Region, the case was terminated due to the lack of corpus delicti.
