On November 23, 1933, the OGPU Collegium sentenced him to death, commuted to 10 years in labor camp. He served his sentence in Solovki. Prisoner of the Solovetsky special prison. Sentenced on November 25, 1937 by the Special Troika of the UNKVD Leningrad Region to capital punishment. Shot on December 8, 1937 in Leningrad.
