Brandt Mikhail Vladimirovich
Genus. in 1908 in St. Petersburg; Russian; from the bourgeoisie; higher education; lawyer; member of the Komsomol in 1922 (1924?)–1931. Before his arrest, he lived in Leningrad (V.O., 16th line, no. 35, apt. 13). Inspector of the organizational and mass department of the Moscow district council of Leningrad (according to other sources, director of the school for pre-conscripts in the Moscow region). Arrested 04/24/1936. Sentenced on July 21, 1936 by the special board of the Leningrad Regional Court under Art. 58-10 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in prison with loss of rights for 5 years. In custody in the Solovetsky camp (arrived on November 12, 1936 at the Anzer camp). By a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/14/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 1, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated in the 1937 case on June 20, 1989 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Arkhangelsk Region.
