Head of the mechanical department of the communications department of the NKVD LO. Lived in Leningrad, st. Khalturina, 32, apt. 22. Arrested 03/27/1937. P sentenced   Visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR in Leningrad 09.09.1937 under Art. 58-8-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Shot in Leningrad on September 09, 1937.
