Voeikov Dmitry Alexandrovich
Genus. in 1883 in Moscow; Russian; from hereditary nobles; b/p. Higher legal education, graduated from Moscow University. Head of the textile and knitting department of the Moscow Cooperative Union. Lived in Moscow, 2nd Znamensky lane, 9, apt. 4. Arrested by the OGPU of the USSR on June 10, 1927. By a special meeting at the OGPU board on July 1, 1927, on the basis of Article 58 pp. 10, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, he was exiled to Siberia (Krasnoyarsk Territory) for 3 years. After serving his term, on August 16, 1930, the same body was deprived of the right to reside in 6 localities with attachment to the city of Vladimir for 3 years. Rehabilitated by the conclusion of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation dated March 17, 1993. Arrested again in Vladimir on October 10, 1930. By the resolution of the court hearing of the Troika at the Plenipotentiary Representation (PP) of the OGPU for IPO (Ivanovo Industrial Region) dated October 19, 1930, under Art. 58 p.p. 6,10,11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, he was imprisoned in a concentration camp for 10 years. While serving time in a camp on the island. Solovki worked as the head of the agricultural unit of the Solovetsky branch. Arrested on March 24, 1934 for “not taking appropriate measures to determine the causes of illness in livestock in February 1934.” By the verdict of the branch of the Leningrad Regional Court of the Belbaltkombinat of the NKVD of the USSR dated July 13, 1935, he was acquitted. In September 1937, he was arrested again without the prosecutor's permission. 12/20/1937 on charges of anti-Soviet agitation among prisoners. By resolution of the Troika of the NKVD of the KASSR he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on December 4, 1937 at the station. Bear Mountain (Sandormokh). Rehabilitated by the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the KASSR on January 30, 1960.
