Born in 1877 in the village of Dubrovka, Nikolaevsky District, Ulyanovsk Region. Worked as a beekeeper on a collective farm. Twice illegally repressed for political reasons: Sentenced on April 4, 1930 by the OGPU troika for the Middle Volga Region under Articles 58-10 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years' imprisonment. By the resolution of the troika of the NKVD Directorate for the Kuibyshev Region dated August 22, 1937, sentenced to capital punishment under Articles 58-7 and 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Rehabilitated on November 14, 1989.
