Demidovich Krestinya Ivanovna

She was born in 1882 in the village of Ustinovichi in the Vilnius Governorate to a family of farmers. In 1903, following the land reform, she moved to Siberia and lived in the village of Osinovka in the Bogorodskaya volost of the Tomsk district (now the Kozhevnikovsky district of the Tomsk region). In 1929, fleeing collectivization, she and her family moved to the Kolyvansky district of the Novosibirsk region and lived in the village of Kochenyovo in the Kochenyevsky district.

In 1935, the family members were disenfranchised, dispossessed, and exiled to the Kolpashevsky District of the Narym Okrug. In 1938, they moved to the Verkhneketsky District of the Narym Okrug. Here, in 1944, her husband, Mikhail Mikhailovich Demidovich , born in 1872, died. After her husband's death in 1944, under the pretext of hospital treatment, she received permission to return to the city of Kolpashevo, where her son, Ivan Mikhailovich Demidovich , born in 1915, lived and was registered in a special settlement. Her second son, Vasily Mikhailovich Demidovich , born in 1924, was called up to the front in 1942 and died in battle on February 14, 1944.

In 1949, she applied to the Kolpashevo commandant's office to be removed from the special settlement register as the mother of a Red Army soldier killed at the front. She was removed from the special settlement register on March 12, 1950. She lived with her son Ivan's family in Kolpashevo at 4 Remeslennaya Street.
