He worked at the Nevsky Machine-Building Plant as the head of a steel foundry shop. Arrested 12/03/1937. Sentenced by a resolution of the NKVD Commission and the USSR Prosecutor dated December 29, 1937 under Art. 58-6, 58-9, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (as amended in 1926) (participation in the Latvian spy-sabotage and sabotage organization) to the VMN. Shot on January 4, 1938. Rehabilitated by the ruling of the Military Tribunal of the Kyiv Military District dated September 17, 1957.
