Born in 1946 in Chisinau, MSSR; Jew; higher education - graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute in 1969; junior researcher at the branch of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute for the development of non-destructive methods and means of quality control of materials. Lived in Chisinau. Arrested on July 23, 1970. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the MSSR on June 30, 1971 under Art. 67 part 1, 69, 119 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the MSSR to 2 years 6 months of the penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga.
