Genus. 12/24/1931 in Moscow; Jew; higher education; Chief specialist of the Department of Technical and Economic Information of the State Design and Research Institute for the Design of Healthcare Institutions of the USSR Ministry of Health. Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Arrested 11/01/1978. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the RSFSR on June 29, 1979 under Article 70 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years of exile. In exile in the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, he worked as a management engineer at the Pechorshakhtstroy plant in Vorkuta. Arrested 03/24/1980. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic on January 13, 1981 under Art. 70 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years 8 months of imprisonment and 5 years of exile. Imprisoned in Perm camps and Chistopol prison. He committed suicide on August 3, 1986. Rehabilitated in 1992 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Komi Republic.
