Genus. in 1940 in Makhachkala, Dagestan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic; Lezgin; Higher education, graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow University in 1970. Until 1979 – teacher at the Polytechnic Institute. Arrested on January 25, 1980. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the Dagestan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic on December 2, 1980 under Art. 70 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 7 years of penal colony and 2 years of exile. He served his term in the Perm camps and Chistopol prison, and exile in the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. Released by Decree of the PVS of the USSR dated November 30, 1988 on pardon. Rehabilitated on January 3, 1990 by a resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR for lack of corpus delicti.
