Baranov Nikolay Ivanovich
Genus. 10/22/1936 in Leningrad; Russian; education grade 8; mechanic in the Special Design Bureau of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. Arrested 04/18/1963. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on November 22, 1963 under Art. 70 h. 1, 72, 228 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for 5 sheets. ITL. He served his term in Dubravlag. After his release, he was again arrested in Simferopol, tried for vagrancy, sentenced to 6 months. Released 12/18/1968. 12/25/1968 detained in Moscow, charged under Art. 70 h. 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By the definition of the Moscow City Court of June 24, 1969, he was declared insane and sent to St. Petersburg, where he was kept for 16 years. Released in 1985. In 1986 expelled from the USSR. He was rehabilitated on February 9, 1993 by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation in the case of 1969 and on March 3, 1993 by the decision of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in the case of 1963. In 2004 he lived in the UK.
