Zikkel (Vlasova) Maria Ippolitovna
Born in 1905 in the village of Orany, Vilensky district and province, in the family of a colonel in the tsarist army, graduated from Lesgaft courses. Worked as a secretary-typist. Lived in Leningrad (Zverinskaya st., bldg. 18, apt. 30). Exiled from Leningrad with her son on September 26, 1938 in connection with her husband’s arrest. In exile in the settlement of Kargopolye, Chelyabinsk region, she worked as a typist at a machine and tractor station. Arrested on December 16, 1940 in the settlement of Kargopolye on charges of “criticizing the education system”. Sentenced by the Chelyabinsk Regional Court on February 7, 1941 to 10 years in the camps. Imprisoned in Prison No. 1 in the city of Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk region. Sentenced a second time by the resolution of the Special Conference of the NKVD of the USSR on 18 July 1942 to capital punishment. Shot on 15 August 1942. Rehabilitated by the Kurgan Region Prosecutor's Office on 28 October 1989.
