Vlasov Vladimir Alexandrovich

Born in 1932 in Leningrad. Lived with his parents in Leningrad (Zverinskaya St., Bldg. 18, Apt. 30). Exiled from Leningrad with his mother on September 26, 1938 in connection with his father’s arrest. In exile in the village of Kargopolye, Chelyabinsk (now Kurgan) Region. After his mother’s arrest on December 16, 1940, he was sent to the Kargopol Orphanage. In 1941, his mother’s sister took him from the orphanage and he lived in Leningrad at the same address. In 1948, he was adopted by his aunt, Nina Ippolitovna Vlasova; his surname and patronymic were changed upon adoption. Rehabilitated by the Kurgan Region Department of Internal Affairs on February 20, 1997.
