In 1918-1921 - commander of the 1st International Rifle Regiment, head of the political department of the 13th Infantry Division, military commissar of the ChON detachment, head of the political department of the 8th Infantry Division, in 1921-1925 head of the political department of the 16th Army, the Black Sea Fleet, the Baltic Fleet, head of the naval department of the Political Directorate Red Army, in 1925-1927 deputy head of the political department of the Turkestan Front, in 1927-1929 head of the political department of the Central Asian Military District. In 1929-1933. - head of the political department and member of the Revolutionary Military Council of the Red Banner Caucasian Army, in 1933-1937 - head of the Military-Political Academy named after. N.G. Tolmacheva, member of the Military Council under the People's Commissar of Defense of the USSR, in 1937 - member of the Military Council of the Central Asian Military District. Lived in Tashkent, Alma-Atinskaya street, 5/7. Delegate to the X, XI, XIV, XV, XVI, XVII Congresses of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Dismissed from the Red Army on July 13, 1937. Arrested 07/30/1937. Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on November 26, 1937. on charges of participation in a counter-revolutionary terrorist organization to VMN. Shot on November 26, 1937. Rehabilitated by the decision of the Supreme Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces dated September 22, 1956.
