Rozhdestvensky Izmail Vasilievich
Priest of the church in Strelna
Born in 1897 in Novgorod Governorate; Russian; higher education - graduated from the Moscow Theological Academy in 1919. Priest of the church in Strelna. Lived in Strelna, Petergofskoe shosse, 151. Arrested on 25.02.1928 by the OGPU PP in the LVO under Art. 58-10, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By the resolution of the General Assembly under the OGPU Collegium dated 17.08.1928, exile to the Urals for a period of 3 years was determined. On 08.07.1931 he was assigned to a specific place of residence with a ban on residence in 12 locations. Arrested in July 1937, transported to Kirov. Sentenced on 29.09.1937 by a Special Troika under the NKVD Directorate of the Kirov Region to capital punishment. Shot on 14.10.1937. Rehabilitated on 30.09.1967 by the decision of the Presidium of the Kirov Regional Court and on 20.10.1993.
