Genus. in 1880 in Kyiv; Jew, b/n; lawyer by training. In 1921 he lived in Leningrad, worked as head of the financial department of the Department of Automobile and Horse-Drawn Transport. Arrested on February 17, 1921, accused of embezzlement and anti-Soviet agitation; 02/19/1921 released on his own recognizance. On May 26, 1921, the case was dismissed due to lack of proof of the accusation. Arrested on July 5, 1938, charged under Art. 58-6 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Died 09/08/1938 in the prison of the GUGB NKVD in Leningrad. Rehabilitated in the 1921 case on May 26, 1921; in the case of 1938 - 03/08/1965 UKGB under the Council of Ministers of the USSR for the Leningrad Region.

On March 19, 2017, a “Last address” sign was installed on house No. 12 on Kutuzov embankment.
