Lyuba Boris Vladimirovich

Genus. in 1892 in St. Petersburg; Russian; nobleman; higher education: graduated from the cadet corps; Konstantinovsky Artillery School, Nikolaev Academy of the General Staff; b/p. In 1912–1917 he served in the tsarist army; with the rank of lieutenant of the 18th artillery division, he participated in the First World War; in June 1918 - in Yekaterinburg, after the occupation of the city by Kolchak, he served at the headquarters of the White Army garrison. In 1920 - in Irkutsk, after the Reds occupied the city, he was sentenced to death, which was replaced by 10 years of forced labor on appeal. In 1924, at the request of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee, he was released. Until 1926 he lived in Irkutsk, from 1926 - in Trotsk (Gatchina), worked first as an accountant, then as a bandmaster of the 4th artillery regiment. In 1930 - still in Krasnogvardeysk (Gatchina); arrested on October 26, 1930 in the case of the “Konstantinovtsy” (graduates and former teachers of KAU), accused of “participating in illegal meetings of members of the counter-revolutionary monarchist officer organization of former Konstantinovtsy”; sentenced to Kogpu on April 26, 1931 under Art. 58-11 to 10 years in labor camp. He served his sentence in Sevvostlag, until November 1937 he worked as bandmaster of the village village. Myakit of the Magadan region, in the propaganda brigade (jazz), from March 29, 1938 - on general physical work collecting firewood at the 304th km. Sentenced by the Troika UNKVD for Dalstroy on April 29, 1938 to VMN; executed on May 16, 1938. Rehabilitated in the 1938 case by the Prosecutor's Office of the Magadan Region on May 10, 1989.
