Born in 1901 in Ashgabat, Transcaspian region; higher education; civil engineer, candidate of technical sciences. Expert on buildings damaged by artillery shelling and aerial bombardment. Scientific secretary of the House of Scientists. Lived in Leningrad (Khalturin St., 21/6, apt. 22). Arrested on 29.04.1944. Sentenced by the Leningrad Front Command on 05.07.1944 under Art. 19-58-8, 58-10, part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years' imprisonment with disqualification for 5 years and confiscation of property. In prison - in OKB-172 from November 1944 (Leningrad, Kresty prison), in 1951 he was transferred to Ozerlag. He died on November 10, 1951 in a transit prison in the Sverdlovsk region.
Author of 15 monographs, including "Multi-storey construction", "Construction in the permafrost zone", "Building accidents as a result of bombing. Analysis experience".
