Definition: From 1930 to 1935 - Secretary of the Leningrad City Council, member of the Bureau of the Leningrad Regional Party Committee.

Genus. in 1900 in the village. Rudnoe, now Gomel region, Khoiniki district; Belarusian; primary education; party member since 1918. At party work in Baku from 1924-1926, in Leningrad - from 1926 to 1935. From 1926 to 1929 – secretary of the party committee of the Elektrosila plant. From 1930 to 1935 - Secretary of the Leningrad City Council, member of the Bureau of the Leningrad Regional Party Committee. From 1935 to December 1937 - party organizer of the Central Committee in Pribalkhashstroy and member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan. Before his arrest, he lived in the Alma-Ata region, Balkhash district, village. Balkhash. Arrested in Moscow on December 23, 1937, sent to Alta-Ata prison, then transferred to Moscow. Convicted on November 11, 1938 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 58-7, 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for participation in counter-revolution. and the right-Trotskyist organization to the VMN. Rehabilitated posthumously by the Military Collegium of the Armed Forces on 08/06/1955 for lack of corpus delicti.
