Sentenced on February 11-16, 1952 by the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Leningrad City Court under Art. 58-10 part 1 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years of labor camp with subsequent loss of rights under paragraphs. "a" and "b" art. 31 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for a period of 5 years. In custody - in the prison rocketry design bureau in Moscow. After the arrest of Beria L.A. transferred to a camp near Inta. By the ruling of the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated August 22, 1953, the sentence was overturned. Released 10/08/1953. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Court of the USSR on November 14, 1990.
