Skobelev Viktor Efimovich

Born in 1907, in St. Petersburg; Russian; b/p; higher education. In 1928, he was arrested by the OGPU LenVO for participation in an anti-Soviet circle, but was released due to lack of evidence. Candidate of Technical Sciences. Associate Professor at the Department of Electric Traction at the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute, dismissed in May 1951. Lived in Leningrad. Arrested 07/09/1951. Sentenced on February 11-16, 1952 by the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Leningrad City Court under Art. 58-10 part 1 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years of labor camp with subsequent loss of rights under paragraphs. "a" and "b" art. 31 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for a period of 5 years. Imprisoned in OKB-172 (Leningrad, "Crosses"). Released on September 18, 1953.
